Delivery delay :
Items are sent by La Poste, shipments are made after receipt of your full payment.
Shipments are made within 1 to 4 working days and only by national tracked mail (letter followed or colissimo) or international (tracked or registered).
The prices indicated do not include the shipping and delivery costs which are extra.

Shipping costs :
Shipping costs are free in France from 120€ of purchases and from 250€ for shipments abroad. They calculate automatically.
The shipping costs follow the annual increases of the Post office on January 1st.
Shipping costs include: postage costs.
JOANNA CALLA advises the BUYER to group their purchases into a single order to take advantage of reduced shipping costs.
JOANNA CALLA cannot combine separate orders and the BUYER will have to pay shipping costs for each of them.
In accordance with articles 105 and 106 of the Commercial Code, the products are shipped at the risk of the recipient.
The BUYER is solely responsible for the data he communicates.
Tracked shipments :
When ordering, the BUYER himself chooses the type of tracking shipment.
Colissimo shipments with R1 signature: compensation € 50 flat rate.
Colissimo shipments with R2 signature: compensation € 200 flat rate.
If your order is greater than these amounts, you can request another shipment, in this case contact JOANNA CALLA before purchasing.
In case of damage to the package or in case of doubt, for the insurance to work, and for you to be compensated, you must have the damage noted by a La Poste employee and refuse the package.
JOANNA CALLA will not take into account damaged items, if the package is returned by you or if the breakage has not been noted by the carrier.
For all complaints, you must send your request by registered post to JOANNA CALLA within 7 days of receipt of your package or of the theoretical date of receipt. In case of breakage, please provide as far as possible photos of the broken item and / or the condition of the package upon arrival.
After finding the problem JOANNA CALLA may grant you a refund or a credit for the amount concerned (without return costs) which will be available in your space and which will be valid for one year and can be combined with other promotions..
Delivery :
Delivery is made to the address indicated in the order form which can only be in the agreed geographical area.
Delivery times are only indicative.
JOANNA CALLA can in no way be held responsible for incidents such as: breakage, delay, loss, theft, etc. related to La Poste services.
