These products and services are available while stocks last at the time of order and are subject to change without notice. Therefore, the photos of the products are not contractual and the content is given for information only.
Manufacturing times are specified at minimum and maximum according to JOANNA CALLA's order book. These deadlines being specified during the confirmation of the order, the BUYER may not dispute them. JOANNA CALLA undertakes to keep the BUYER informed by email of the follow-up of his order.
Article 4: Subscription to "La Calla box" :
The BUYER chooses the subscription to the Calla box * that suits him: 3, 6, 9 or 12 months as well as his options ** and every month he will receive directly at his home a surprise jewel created especially for the box.
Each jewel worth 70€ to 120€ is delivered in a box.
The BUYER will receive the Calla box * from the 10th of the month following his subscription (except the month of August when the jewel of that month will be sent with that of either July or September).
To keep peace of mind, the PURCHASER pays his subscription in one go.
* Jewelry and subscription boxes cannot be returned, exchanged or reimbursed.

Article 5: Custom Creation :
For all creations made to measure and / or personalized a deposit of the global price will be requested (CB via Payplug or transfer).
The price will be defined at the time of the creation and/or customization request.
Creations made to measure and/or personalized will not be able to benefit from the right of withdrawal and the deposit paid will not be returned. They will not be taken back or exchanged.
Article 6: Unavailability of products :
For items unavailable at the time of purchase JOANNA CALLA reserves the right to cancel the Customer's order and refund the sums paid (within a maximum of 30 days).
The unavailability of the product does not engage the responsibility of the company JOANNA CALLA nor give rise to the right to damages for the BUYER.
Article 7: Price and VAT :
The sales prices of the products are indicated in Euro, excluding shipping costs.
The prices, including the shipping costs, include the costs of order processing, transport and delivery as long as they take place in the geographical areas provided below.
The prices appearing in the catalog are prices including all taxes in euros JOANNA CALLA is not subject to VAT, VAT is therefore not present on invoices.

Article 10: Customs duties :

Article 12: Withdrawal and return :

The shipping costs are the responsibility of the BUYER, including for a return of goods (and under the same conditions as when purchasing the goods).
The period for refunding the goods is 14 days from the day of receipt.
The JOANNA CALLA store will reimburse you for the corresponding amount using the same means of payment as that used by the PURCHASER or with his agreement, any other means of payment which does not incur costs.
No complaint will be admissible after a period of 14 days after receipt of the goods.
In the event of an order error JOANNA CALLA reserves the right to accept the return of the items in question. Return and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the BUYER.

JOANNA CALLA reserves the right to collect payment and send the package once the payment has been validated by its bank. The digital invoice is available in the space of each BUYER.

Article 14: Shipping costs :
Shipping costs are free in France from 250€ of purchase and from 350€ for shipments abroad. They calculate automatically.
Shipping costs include: postage costs.
These prices follow the evolution of the postal service rates.
JOANNA CALLA advises the BUYER to group their purchases into a single order to take advantage of reduced shipping costs.
JOANNA CALLA cannot combine separate orders and the BUYER will have to pay shipping costs for each of them.

Article 15: Force majeure :

Article 16: Guarantee and after-sales service :
The items sold are made by hand and mainly in polymer clay, with great care. These are unique pieces or very small series.
JOANNA CALLA guarantees the quality of the jewelry sold and checks the creations before sending.
The BUYER has 3 days from delivery to file a complaint for non-conformity or apparent defect of the delivered items, by email to contact[@]joannacalla.com
If the apparent defect or lack of conformity is proven, JOANNA CALLA undertakes to replace the item or to reimburse the buyer within 30 days maximum and at its expense.
JOANNA CALLA can not be held responsible for deterioration occurring after the act of purchase and this for each of the items sold, nor to be entitled to damages for the BUYER.
JOANNA CALLA cannot be held responsible for any loss of jewelry and / or misuse by the BUYER.
JOANNA CALLA does not reproduce lost jewelry or any part of it.
Article 17: Responsibility :
JOANNA CALLA in the online sales process is only bound by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, interruption of service, or other involuntary problems.
Article 18: Settlement of disputes :
