How to create my account?
Click on "My Account" then "Sign in" (located at the top right corner of the homepage), then "No account? Create one here" and fill in the form provided.
Your account allows you to keep track of your orders and invoices, your credits, your discount vouchers, your alerts, and to modify your personal information.
How to log in?
Click on "My Account" then "Sign in" (located at the top right corner of the homepage), then enter your login credentials (email + password).
I have lost (or forgotten) my password, what should I do?
By clicking on "My Account" then "Sign in" (located at the top right corner of the homepage) and then "Forgot your password", you can retrieve your new password.
An email with the new password will be sent to your email address 1 minute later.
I want to modify my personal information
You can modify all information concerning you in "My Account", section "Information" and/or "Addresses".
THE ORDER :
How to order online?
You can place your order with a guest account or a client account.
The guest account is a quick order, without registration, without a password and without order history, order confirmations are done by email.
For a client account, you need to create your account (email address and password) and fill in all the necessary information for the purchase (name, address, etc).
To place an order: simply add the desired items to the cart, click on "order" to finalize your purchase.
I want to modify my cart (addition, deletion or modification)
At any time, before final validation, you can modify the contents of your cart by clicking on "Cart" (top right of the homepage) and clicking on the "trash can" (delete).
I validated my cart while my order was not finished, what should I do?
Unfortunately, I cannot modify the invoice and you should place a new order.
I did not receive the confirmation email?
Remember to check your spam folder. Otherwise, go to your "My account" section "Order history and details" to find all the information.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY :
What are the shipping and delivery times?
Orders are shipped within 2 to 4 days maximum after receipt of your complete payment (excluding public holidays, weekends, and other exceptional events beyond my control such as a health crisis, for example).
For payment in installments, the order will also be sent once the full payment is received.
This delay may be exceptionally extended either by a large quantity of orders to be processed or by an absence (vacation).
Delivery is made through La Poste (French postal service), and as I do not control the process, I cannot guarantee its delivery time.
What are the different shipping methods?
Orders are sent by "lettre suivie" or "colissimo" for France and by "courrier suivi" and "recommandé" for foreign countries.
The choice of shipment is made when placing your order. Shipping costs are additional.
Shipping costs follow the annual increases of La Poste on January 1st.
How can I track the progress of my order?
As a guest or registered user, you will receive the tracking number by email, to the address provided when placing the online order.

Do I have to pay customs fees?
All orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs control and are therefore shipped with the duly completed CN23 form. French customs may check the order before shipment, resulting in additional delivery time.
The order may also be checked by customs of the country of delivery, also causing a delay in final delivery.
If the recipient does not pay the customs fees, the package will be returned to the sender (Joanna Calla) at the discretion of the competent authorities without any commitment to a delivery deadline.
The refund of the order will be made on request and once the return package is received, any return fees may be deducted from the expected refund amount.
What are the payment methods?
Online payment is made through the Payplug platform, by credit card only.
You can also pay for your order via ALMA for a 2-installment payment (for purchases over €100).
I paid for my order by credit card, has my order been registered?
After payment via Payplug, wait to be automatically redirected back to the Joanna Calla online store.
Online payment: what about security?
Online payment is completely secure. Payment by credit card is made on the Payplug website. This means that no banking information concerning you passes through the online store. I have no access to your information, so it is not stored.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS :
How do I return my order?
You have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days to return your order via the withdrawal form available here, under the same shipping conditions used by the Joanna Calla store (in the original packaging, without any traces of use accompanied by its invoice and return slip). The return costs are at your expense.
"Custom-made", "personalized" or "purchased at a fair or exhibition" items, as well as the jewelry from "Calla box" are neither returned nor exchanged.

Any return that does not comply with the indicated procedure will be refused.

What are the refund delays?
The refund delay for the merchandise is 14 days from its reception using the same payment method used during your purchase or with your agreement, any other payment method that does not incur fees.

What are the jewelry made of?
My creations are mainly made of polymer clay and assembled with silver, brass (gold-plated, silver-plated, or gold-filled) or stainless steel findings to avoid any skin allergy or irritation.
I take care to select quality findings from Paris, France, Europe. I work with confirmed suppliers for the quality of their work.
Where are the jewelry made?
All of my jewelry is handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces made by me, in my small workshop in Montmartre, Paris.
How to care for a piece of jewelry?
Jewelry made of silver, silver-plated, brass, gold-plated or gold-filled have a tendency to tarnish or yellow.
This phenomenon is normal and is due to oxidation.
The simplest way to clean them is to use a chamois or velvet cloth and gently rub the jewelry.
925 silver jewelry and silver plated can be cleaned with a little toothpaste.
It is also recommended not to wear them while in contact with water, perfumes, beauty products, and not to sleep with them.
Remember to store your jewelry in the cotton pouch provided with your purchase or in a closed box, and keep it away from sunlight.
Do not use commercial cleaning products.
